This learning program does not want to instruct. It wants to give impulses, which aspects of our nutrition are good for our health and for the health of the planet. What we can do differently and better. And it wants to give you many opportunities for reflection and, above all, to try things out and do them yourself.
There is no "must" and no "first this, then the next" for working through the learning modules. You decide in which order you want to proceed. And in which time blocks you would like to devote yourself to the topic. If you stop in the middle of a module, you can start again at the next call. And there are some video contributions that last an hour or more. Here, too, you decide according to your time and interest whether you just want to take a look or watch the whole thing.
